Paul Lee BSc (Hons) NEBOSH
Paul is our principal Trainer, Health and Safety Expert and Consultant Psychotherapist.
He has many years of experience within senior board level appointments specialising in implementing change within medium sized enterprises, although he has also played a significant international role a member of the European technical manufacturing team involved in the development of novel manufacturing methodologies alongside Health & Safety awareness implementation for Ferro Corporation (headquartered Cleveland , Ohio, USA) partnered with DuPont.
He is NEBOSH (Occupational Health & safety) NGC 1, 2 & 3 qualified, holds a professional diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) as well as a Bachelors degree in Science including social psychology, neuroscience and forensic psychology. He is currently working towards his Masters degree in Mental Health Science.
Additionally, Paul has delivered a number of wide ranging change strategies through training seminars including company-wide project buy-in programmes for such concepts as Lean Methodologies.
Coupled with his corporate experience Paul has also, since 2009, been delivering one-to-one Psychotherapy & Counselling services within the private sector through our business Tranceform Psychology. TranceForm offers effective, evidence-based interventions for private fee paying clients who prefer not to, or who are unable to access, NHS provided mental healthcare support. TranceForm’s clinical director is Dr. Justina Somal, a BPS registered counselling psychologist who also works in service delivery for the local council.
It is these three streams of experience and skill (Corporate governance, Heath & Safety and Mental Healthcare Counselling) that has led to the formation of Corporate Mentality and its range of services.
